We started the Project which run concurrently with Githurai 2 Project in the year 2011.
We have purchased a 2.8 acres plot and have put up a perimeter wall, modern public toilet, installed electricity, water and land scaping of the plot. In addition we acquired a quarter acre plot adjacent to the 2.8 acres plot. Our intention is to have grounds for hire. We intend to dig a water borehole in order to achieve our goals including putting up a hotel in future. This project is in the outskirts of Nakuru Town which has been identified as one of the fastest growing town in East and Central Africa.
