Githurai 1 House was our first project that we started in the year 2000 and completed in the year 2007.

The construction of the building was supervised and managed by a team led by MR. DANIEL NJUGUNA KAGECHU (current chairman)

Having paid back the monies invested in this project shareholders continue to enjoy profits.



Our Mission

To Mobilize the human energy and material from all descendants of 34 shareholders of Muguga Investments company Ltd , and direct the overall energy to social and economic projects which will benefit and improve the living standards of all the members.
